LAOGAI(S) - literally "reform through labor," the slogan of the Chinese criminal justice system and has been used to refer to the use of prison labor in the People's Republic of China. MBAQANGA - a style of South African music that is usually sung by people from rural areas. REXINE(S) - a strong, coated cloth, usually in the form of an imitation leather, and used as a covering material for books.
